This type of buyer is very serious and is already filled with all the knowledge he wants and if he asks any questions make sure you give them heaps of information regarding it. Show him that you are serious and efficient in business doing too. Controller Buyer: This buyer is very serious and talks to the point. These kinds of buyers are there to make deal and are specific about what they want and what they want to know. For these buyers, it is wise to answer to-the-point answers, do not beat around the bush. Supporter Buyer: This buyer is the jolly and nice buyer you will come across in your career. You both will feel the connection as agent and buyer easily. These types of buyers are very easy to talk and handle. They can easily buy from you if you will give them your undivided attention and welcoming vibes. These types of buyers exist quite commonly and so you will get a lot of help from the tips. ![]()
