The usual raster image formats include BMP ( Windows Bitmap ), PCX ( Paintbrush ), JPEG ( Joint Photographics Expert Group ), tiff ( Tag Interleave Format ), PNG ( conveyable Network Graphic ), GIF ( Graphics Interchange Format ), CPT ( Corel PhotoPAINT ) and PSD ( Adobe PhotoShop ).
When it comes down to utilizing photographs on your page, you will want to wrap text around it. Generally stills and graphics should add to the layout and not take it over or overmaster the feel and appear of what is presented to the reader. The content is of first significance with the graphics adding to the readability and experience of what is being presented.
