Chapter 5
Mythological hero Atlant should keep heavens from falling to the Earth. The problem of impellent module "it" which was transported by "Goliath", looked much more modest. It should keep only a small splinter of the sky.

Senator George Ledstoun (the independent candidate from the Western America) had one obvious strangeness and, by its own recognition, one secret defect. So, it always wore massive glasses in a horn frame (with simple glasses, certainly) because in conversations in private they inspired fear in witnesses: very few people from them had to face a similar innovation in a century when eye diseases recovered instantly by means of the laser.
It "secret defect", perfectly known for everything, consisted in predilection for shooting from a rifle on the typical Olympic shooting range arranged in long corridors for a long time of the thrown silage hole about mountain near of Cheyenne. Since then, as the planet the Earth has been demilitarised, at similar pastime looked with disapproval if at all in every possible way did not discourage to it.
The senator supported the resolution of the United Nations condemning mass bloodsheds of the XX-th century and imposing an interdiction for possession by the states and separate persons by all kinds of arms which can harm to someone else except the most aiming. Nevertheless it with neglect concerned the well-known slogan of Saviors of the World: "Guns - a support powerless".
