The following article is about the nature, intelligence, psyche and capabilities of boys. The article will tell you the difference in intellectual level and seriousness about pursuing and making careers between a boy and a girl.There have been certain studies done by different psychologists and psychiatrists in which comparisons between boys and girls have been done. According to these studies and various other surveys, it has been come into limelight that a boy is a step behind a girl, in terms of showing seriousness and determination in achieving something in life. You will see that a boy can earn more than a boy, but earning is not the last resort, for which we have been living our lives. Life is much more than earning big bucks. If you will see the statistics of different institutions then you will come to know that the number of boys, who take admissions for higher education, is less than girls. A boy will not show great enthusiasm for attempting the exam of SAT.
When you will see the interest of a boy in going for a SAT exam then you will come to know that a girl is more willing and motivated to attempt this exam. It does not show that a boy does not have intelligence of high caliber, but the only difference is that boys are bit relaxed, carefree and easygoing. They do not take their lives seriously. On the other hand, girls are far more responsible and they attempt each and every activity in their lives with great interest and determination.
A boy has a restless nature and this modern age has increased the laziness of boys to the greatest extent. According to a psychologist of Harvard University, William Pollack, boys are suffering from an epidemic, which he has called “anomie”. According to him, a boy is naturally is in need of living a life full of experience and at this point of time, he has said that schools and universities are cutting down the number of science labs, short and mid breaks and they are also not paying attention of physical education, which has really damaged the activeness and creativity of boys. All in all, you can say that it is the mistake and blunder of our society, which has been ruining the personality of boys and has been saying that boyhood, is a toxic.
